The Iron Skillet has been a landmark in Collingwood since Tony and Doris Sensenberger started the restaurant in 1991. They have been in the food and beverage business for 30 years, tantalizing tastebuds with new specials and serving old favourites, Schnitzels, Seafood, Pasta, Ribs, Steaks, Mexican, Thai and more. Don’t forget the Southern Connection to Cajun County, NO ONE DOES CAJUN LIKE TONY. He makes his own Cajun seasoning – Don’t order Cajun unless you like it HOT.
The wine menu is extensive, there is a variety of draft beer, scotch, whiskey, vodka and tequila and customers say we have the coldest beer in town.
The licensed patio is open for the summer and it will provide an opportunity for customers to enjoy some social eatery time in the sun, while strolling around back in Collingwood to view the Waterfront.
